NZPA-AAP Canberra The Australian Federal Government has approved borrowings next financial year of up to sAustl4so million (51630.5 M for Qantas, Australia Airlines and airport upgrading, which will provide additional funds even if attempts to partly privatise the airlines fail. said this could give scope for a lower borrowing level if partial privatisation proceeds. The borrowing provisions were outlined in the Commonwealth’s statement of position for the Premiers’ Conference and Loan Council meeting. Some of the states have cited the level of projected Commonwealth
