(2) It is Intended that the assets of the Society be settled upon a trust to be Incorporated under the Charitable Trust Act 1957 and known as the Burwood Community Trust. (3) The objects and terms of the Burwood Community Trust are set out in a Deed of Trust dated the 17th of September 1986. A copy, of the Trust Deed Is' avail--able at my office.
