Buried wastes 'not a health hazard’
PA ! Wellington / The burial: of radioz active wastes under a Wellington suburb sports ground does not present a health hazard, the National Radiation Laboratory says. About six truckloads of contaminated laboratory fittings from Victoria University’s physics laboratory in ' the Hunter Building were reportedly buried at the former tip
in I Wilton between 1964 and 1966.
