A real estate agent, Mr Andrew Gibbons, announced the sale of Sydney’s best known home, Paradis sur Mer. He declined to reveal the name of the buyer [or the price, but confirmed it was more than double the sAustB million ($8.97 million) Sir [Francis paid Lady Renoufs second husband, Mr Robert Sangster, for the house in 1985. 11
