Their trainers Ned Thistoll and Gail Whitnail, are looping to campaign at Trentham next month and while Applicate has had a lot of batten experience Ampac is relatively new to them. Both jumped reasonably well and then Ampac showed how fit he is with a 1200 m solo gallop in 1:17.2, the last 600 m in 37.65. 1 Tonusho and Aussie Bound jumped well together the occasion giving Dominic McKenzie a clearance to ride over hurdles.
