Canned beer cheaper
PA Auckland New Zealand Breweries has cut the price of canned beer in the wake of falling sales. Because of higher container costs, canned beer has been more expensive than the bottled product. Prices now are on a
par. The brewery in November reduced prices of canned beer about 50c for two dozen. This week it cut prices further by up to $1.50. 1 Dominion Breweries is expected to respond early next week.
