A man who had previously I l6 driving charges was jailed for more .than a year whlen he appeared in the; 1 district Court yesterday. He appeared before Judge Frampton. i I It was Rapana’s tenth charge i for disqualified driving and his eighth for driving with excess blobd alcohol.
