Bus driver Lotto winner
PA Wellington A Wellington City Council bus driver, aged in his mid-30s, has won 5979.046 in Lotto, but does not intend to let the big win change his life too much. The man, who would not be named, and his wife were back at their jobs as usual yesterday. However, they said they would buy a house and a new car. At present they live in rented accommodation with their two children. “When I realised I had the six winning numbers I was -just( "stunned,” the Iman 'said. He had sat in front ol the television set staring in disbelief at the ticket. i The man said; he had worked out his own numbers system and spent $55 weekly on Lotto. "I’ve had six. other prizes ! — all minor,” he said. He is confident he will be back to collect more wins using the system. His bonanza came from division one of draw No. 32.
