Public Notices CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL CHRISTCHURCH CITY BYLAW NO. 120 A (1988) - ESTUARY AND FORESHORE THE Christchurch City Council at an Ordinary Meeting held in the Civic Offices. 163 Tuam Street, Christchurch at 6 p.m. on Monday the 15th day of February 1988, passed a resolution to make a bylaw, the title of which will be The Christchurch City Bylaw No. 120 A (1988) - Estuary and Foreshore. The purport of the bylaw, is to control the operation of wet bikes in Sumner Bay. The foregoing resolution will be submitted to an ordinary meeting of the Council to be held in the Civic Offices at 6 p.in. on Monday the 21st day of March 1988, for confirmation by way of Special Order. A full copy of the bylaw is deposited at the Department of City Administration in the Civic Offices and is now open to the inspection of the pub-, lie, without fee. during office hours from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday (inclusive).
