Ariadne in Cove talks
NZPA Brisbane Ariadne Australia is negotiating with its Sanctuary Cove joint venture partner, Mr Mike Gore, to buy his 50 per cent share of the Gold Coast property development, said Ariadne's chief executive. Mr Eugene Cafiero.
A deal “has not been consummated," but an early resolution was probable. Last month Mr Gore issued, and later withdrew, writs against two Ariadne executives and one of the company’s .subsidiaries over the Sanctuary Cove joint venture agreement. The 1986 agreement gave Ariadne, through its subsidiary Enallage Pty Ltd, a 70 per cent share of the profits for its 50 per cent equity.
