Farm sold
A 586 ha sheep and cattle farm at Omihi, North Canterbury, changed hands in a private sale after being passed in at $625,000 at auction in Christchurch on Tuesday. The auctioneer for Wrightson’s Real Estate, Mr Hugh Morrison, said the buyer was a local farmer.
The property, Seaview, overlooks the sea and has a three-bedroom homestead.
