REQUIREMENTS: I • Proven experience in all aspects of i treasury management in either a corporate I finance or merchant banking/finance house environment. • A clear understanding of the commercial J requirements for international trading and ! offshore funding, and a working knowledge of major financial markets. • The presence and capacity to be a key j member of the senior management team in ' a large company. • Above average communication and negotiation skills, combined with the ability to relate to and ensure effective working relationships with the external finance community, senior management, i dealers and other staff.
