Mr Malcolm Harris, the group manager of Movieland Home Video, believes the entertainment industry is so competitive that it has to be full of surprises to survive. The discerning customer is demanding more topicality, variety and quality — first-genera-tion tapes for clear trouble-free pictures — and the best and latest titles. Movieland Home Video’s five stores are geared to provide all this. Its libraries stock over 2000 movies at any one time, and each branch gets up to 60 new titles every month.
