The work will involve considerable consultation with the local community to Identify the training needs of the Marlborough region. The plan is to include a philosophic overview, a labour market and trainee needs analysis, and an action strategy. It will serve as a base document for the REAC in the consideration and approval of Access training schemes in the coming year.
