NZPA-Reuter Hong Kong The former chairman of Hong Kong’s stock exchange, arrested and released 12 days ago, has been charged under a law dealing with corruption. A spokeswoman for the Independent Commission Against Corruption, an antigraft unit, said Mr Ronald Li was charged with an offence linked to soliciting and accepting advantages.
