NZPA Perth Sri Lanka had some assistance from an unexpected source, the great fast bowler Dennis Lillee, as it tumbled to its opening World Series Cup cricket defeat

against Australia at the W.A.C.A. ground in Perth on Saturday. As the wickets fell on the main ground several of the Sri Lankans had extra batting practice against Lillee.
