The new National Bank building on the corner of Riccarton Road and Straven Road has been bought by Robert Jones Investments for $5,258,0H. The building will be purchased from Paynter Developments,
of Christchurch, who are at present constructing it The South Island manager of Robert Jones, Mr Rick Keeling, said the building is expected to return 8.5 per cent initially. The National Bank will lease
the premises for 28 Mr Keeling said the acquisition Is Robert Jones’s 115th building. The company’s total portfolio, Including buildings under construction, Is valued at $1.58 at present.
