Mr Birch dumped

PA Wellington The Opposition’s thirdranked member of Parliament, Bill Birch, has been dumped in a caucus vote from the National Party’s ruling national executive, toe “New Zealand Herald” reports. His position went to the party’s spokesman for transport and overseas trade, Warren Cooper.
