Argentina has been invited to make a rugby union tour of England although it has had no diplomatic relatiosn with Britain since the 1982 Falklands conflict
The Argentinian Rugby Union (U.A.R.) chief, Carlos Tozzi, has confirmed that the Pumas, the Argentinian national team, had received an invitation
from the English Rugby Football Union (RJF.U.) to tour England next year or in 1989. Mr Tozzi said he would have to talk with Foreign Ministry officials before making a decision on the invitation. He said last week before the invitation became official that although relations between the U.A.R.
