Recent acquisition moves by Fletcher Construction means that it now has more than 400 projects on its books worth in excess of $2 billion, the company says. Fletcher Construction’s acquisition of 66 per cent of Seattle-based Wright Schuchart and its move to 100 per cent ownership of Honolulu-based Pacific Construction means turnover will exceed SIB in the current financial year. In addition Fletcher Challenge has a 32 per cent interest in major Australian construction company, lndustries.
