Hit-and-run: man in Court
PA Auckland A man appeared in Court yesterday on driving charges arising from a hit-and-run accident on Auckland’s southern motorway. Nooapii Manu, aged 30, machine operator, of Westmere, was remanded without plea on bail to November 30 on a total of
four charges when he appeared before Judge Callander in the District Court at Auckland. Manu faces charges of causing bodily injury to Judith Annette Mitchell and Berkeley Morton, failing to stop after the accident, and failing to render assistance to the injured man and woman.
