The following are the river reports provided by the North Canterbury Acclimatisation Society on Thursday: Waiau, discoloured and unfishable; Hurunui, dirty and unfishable; Ashley, clear and fishable; Waimakariri mouth and gorge, milky and marginal; Selwyn, clear and fishable; Rakaia mouth and gorge, slightly discoloured but fishable.
