Sir,—I.C.O.N., the residents’ association of the inner city west has noted the revised plans for tourist apartments announced by the Arts Centre Trust Board. Since tourist accommodation is not a permitted use in the zoning for the Arts Centre, due weight must be given to town planning matters In decisions on these apartments. 1.C.0.N. has noted that residential accommodation is a permitted use in the Arts Centre, that the present
