On-site office established

Wrightson Real Estate, the sole selling agents for Hyde Park, have opened a new, permanent office on the corner of Apsley Drive and Withells Road, at the entrance to the subdivision. The seventh Wrightson Real Estate office in Christchurch, it will serve not only Hyde Park, but also the north-western area of the city, says the manager, Mr Cedric King. Mr John Barrett, Wrightson’s section specialist for the develop-

ment, is based in the office. Site plans for Hyde Park are displayed in the office and full information on the development is available there. The office is open from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. every day including week-ends. Architecturally designed by Neil Armstrong to enhance the area, it was built by Maurice Carter, Ltd, and landscaped by Morgan and Pollard.
