Embassy in Hawaii
Embassy Investments, a Dunedin-based property investor, has bought an Hawaiian property company. Blackfields Hawaii Corporation, for $l3l million. Blackfields owns 19 major commercial properties In Hawaii, has 175 houses under construction and manages a substantial list of other buildings. Embassy’s chairman, Mr Graeme Marsh, said Blackfields was bought with its properties on its books at fully depreciated historical cost Embassy was formed in July as a joint venture between Wilson Neill, Southcorp and two Dunedin businessmen, Mr John Howard and Mr Martin Paterson,
