Peter Holm arrest warrant
NZPA-Reuter Los Angeles An arrest warrant has been issued for Peter Holm, divorced husband of the “Dynasty” star, Joan Collins, in what appeared to be the final chapter to one of Hollywood's most bitter alimony battles. The warrant came soon after a Superior Court judge had thrown out a claim by Holm for SUSM.WI ($122,4**) a month in alimony from the British actress so he could keep up appearances. Holm, said by Collins’ lawyer to have married an American secretary, Cathy Wardlow, in France last week-end, failed to appear In Los Angeles Superior Court to answer five contempt charges. They referred to furniture which Miss Collins alleged Holm had removed from her Hollywood Hills home during their. divorce proceedings. Judge Frances Rothschild issued the arrest warrant at the request of Collins’ lawyer, Marvin Mitchelson. Holm would be arrested only if he returned to Los Angeles. “I didn’t believe I would have to support Mr Holm anymore, but I am delighted this whole matter has finally come to an end,” Miss Collins said. > Joan Collins who has been married four times, divorced Holm six weeks So after citing irreconabie differences and alleged fraud. The couple had been married for lust 13 months.’
