A man was punched to the ground and kicked in Cathedral Square early yesterday. The Incident occurred about 1.30 a.m. while the victim, aged 34, was standing near the Bank of New Zealand building. Detective Senior-Ser-geant Colin Dalzell said the man was struck in the
