Firm offers
Brierley Investments subsidiary Sound-Waves Corp., Ltd, said it has declared unconditional its takeover offers for radio companies Hauraki Enterprises, Ltd, and Capital City Radio, Ltd. Sound-Waves told the Stock Exchange it had received acceptances for 3.27 million shares, 84.4 per cent, of Hauraki. Through associate Sound-Waves (Central), Ltd, it had received acceptances for 1.41 million shares, 95.9 per cent, of Capital City. Both offers will close on October 23. Well depth The Kokatahi 1 well, located 17km south east of Hokitika near Lake Kaniere, reached a depth of 400 metres by 6 a.m. yesterday. Petrocorp Exploration said. At report time the well was preparing to drill and installing blowout prevention equipment
