The Construction Manager reports directly to the Project Manager and has responsibility for control and direction of Electricorp site personnel installing station generating plant. Prime functions of the position include: • Manage construction activities to achieve project completion within approved time and budget constraints. • Recruit and maintain sufficient construction personnel with appropriate skills to ensure efficient completion of the project. • Liaise with other contractors on site to achieve a co-ordinated construction programme. • Ensure site safety standards are maintained. The successful candidate should possess wide technical and line management experience in a project environment and will preferably have a background in the power generation industry.
