Expert staff give friendly service to the customer
The Carpet Market offers the customer friendly, relaxed service, says Mr Keith Mills. All the staff are fully experienced with many years in the flooring trade. "Carpet is not a product you can allow just anyone to sell,” he says. The Carpet Market offers a free full measure and quote for customers needing a price on their prospective purchase. This is done by a fulltime carpetlayer who
travels around Christchurch, Banks Peninsula, North and Mid-Canter-bury. “We provide an accurate quote with no hidden extras,” Mr Mills says. Staff can help with selection of carpet, explaining all the different types that are available today. The staff of 15 includes two apprentices. When the customer has chosen the carpet, the Carpet Market provides a
full laying service. "Without fear of contradiction we have the best team of carpet layers in town,” he says. The carpet is made up on the premises before it goes to its destination for laying, essential for a professional job, Mr Mills says. Less time is needed at the actual place of installation as well. The Carpet Market is a member of the Master Floor Covers’ Association.
