Officers protest
At least 150 officers from an Army regiment outside Buenos Aires confined themselves to their barracks in protest against the transfer of their commanding officer. The rebels, with painted faces and carrying automatic weapons, refused to leave their quarters at Tablada, 15 km south-west of the capital, thq Government news agency Telam said.—Buenos Aires.
