Minister to open hotel
The Quality Inn In Christchurch will be officially opened by the Minister of Tourism, Mr Goff. The hotel began trading in mid-September and according to its manager, Mr John Clarke, has been very busy. '■ Attending the’opening will be 75 local dignitaries and members of the travel industry from other centres. The opening is Mr Goff’s first official hotel opening as Minister of Tourism.
