Transpac in control
PA Wellington Transpac Holdings said yesterday it had completed the take-over of TNL Freighting, the freight division of Newmans Group. Kirbys Carriers, Booker Bros, and other subsidiaries of TNL Freighting were now part of the Rangiora-based company’s national operation.
