A foreman with John Jones Steel, Brian Edmunds, prepares two steel beams for lifting to the seven-storey- steel structure in Klimore street. The frame, which took 10 weeks to build, will have concrete floors and side panels. Work on site began a week ago with workmen bolting the beams together in preparation for the concert to be poured. The method of construction is designed to shorten construction time and save costs. Four floors of the building have already been leased, and construction is expected to be completed by June 30, 1988. The building being built for Industrial Holdings, Ltd.
