NZPA-Reuter Moscow A crowd of Soviet football hooligans stoned a train full of rival fans after their home team lost to a visiting side, the Government daily “Izvestia” said yesterday. Police stood by helplessly as supporters of Dynamo Kiev, which lost, 0-1, at home to Moscow
Spartak, hurled stones and bottles at the train waiting in Kiev statlottto take the Muscovites home. "Izvestia” did not make clear how many hooligans were involved or whether anyone was hurt but said 72,000 people attended the match, which secured Spartak’s place at the top of the Soviet first division.
