Bob Seger (top) and Peter Gabriel, who emerged as top rock stars during the 19715, Gabriel with the group Genesis, are enjoying a resurgence of popularity.
Seger has had a world hit with “Shakedown.” Gabriel’s g "Sai" LP, boosted by the success ,$■ of the singles, “Sledgehammer” Si and “Big Time,” has chalked up sales of more than one million copies.'
