Public Notic— - • ■ Via MALVERN COUNTY COUNCIL SPRINGFIELD WATER SUPPLY LOAN 1987 - 815,000 NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER NOTICE is hereby girth that in exercise of the powers conferred by the local Government Act 1974 and the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and amendments thereto and any other enabling act, regulation or authority, the Malvern County Council, at a meeting held on September 11, 1987, resolved by way of special order to borrow the sum of *15,000 by way of a loan to be known as the Springfield Water Supply Loan, 1987. The object and purport of the proposed loan Is for the purpose of funding that portion of construction cost of the Springfield Water Supply which is not met by subsidies, lump sum contributions and other receipts. The term for which the said loan is proposed to be raised shall not exceed 30 years and the security for such loan shall be a special rate of *0.0000.1225 in the dollar upon the rateable capital value of all property within the County of Malvern. A full copy of the proposed Special Order is deposited at the office of the Malvern County Council, Darfleld, and is open to the Inspection of the public during normal office hours until 10.30 a.m., on Friday, October 9, 1987. It is hereby publicly notified that a poll of electors is required to be taken if 15 per cent of the electors of the County of Malvern so demand by writing under their hands delivered or sent by post to the undersigned before 10.30 a.m. on the date fixed for the confirmation of the resolution. It Is further publicly notified that the resolution making the said Special Order is to be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the said Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Darfleld at 1030 a.m. on Friday, October 9, 1967.
