Bears beat Giants
NZPA-AP Chicago Mike Tomczak threw for two touchdowns and ran for a third and the Chicago Bears defence kept the New York Giant’s quarterbacks under constant pressure as the Bears won the
battle of the Super Bowi champions, 34-19, reasserting their dominance in the National Football League. The victory ended a 12game New York winning streak, extending to the seventh game of the 1986 regular season.
