The incumbent is responsible for: — Ensuring each Branch has a clearly understood and agreed operating plan from resources allocated. — Monitoring, evaluating and guiding branches’ performance in relation to the Corporate Plan and agreed Branch Performance Targets, including overall client service and profit objectives. — Assisting the Corporate Management Group on resource use and operational implications of present and proposed policy and programmes. — Liaising closely with Corporate and the Branches. — Effectively controlling the property management and client services within the Operations Group. REQUIREMENTS: • Demonstrate successful line management performance at a senior level within a multidisciplinary organisation. • Proven leadership qualities to motivate/develop staff, coupled with the ability to make a significant contribution to the policy development process. • A strong commitment to client service and strategic business planning. • High oral and written communication skills. • The ability to initiate and develop marketing strategies and take on a high public relations profile with appropriate !>rofesslonal bodies and the community at arge. • A knowledge of the Housing sector in general, demand/need/supply. • Relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.
