Record broken twice

NZPA-Reuter Moscow Soviet cyclers yesterday broke the world record for the four-kilometre, indoor team race — twice. Vyacheslav Yekimov, Alexander Krasnov, Sergei Khmeltnin and Viktor Manakov of the Leningrad Locomotive team clocked 4:11.241 at the Krylatskoye championship.

Their result bettered a record time Of 4:12.783 set only 10 minutes earlier by Marat Ganyeyev, Sergei Vodopyanov, Igor Nechai and Ivan Mashnln from a club in Kuibyshev. The previous world record of 4:12.830 was set by the Soviet national team -at-' - the Goodwill Games in Moscow last year. .
