Top: Slit with your legs apart in a comfortable, wide second position. Point your toes and lean your torso to your right side, keeping your shoulder square to the front. Rest your right forearm on or in front of your right thigh. Strecth your left arm overhead towards the right side. Gently pulse to the side then hold for a relaxing stretch. BOTTOM: Reverse movements to your left side and continue by alternating sides. For a variation, try flexing your feet to your left side and continue by alternating Sides. For a variation, try flexing your feet throughout the movement.
