Adulterers prefer motels
NZPA-AFP Rome Italians who feel like deceiving their spouses prefer to do it at a motel. A finding of a poll of 1999 Italians, published by the Milan daily, “Corriere della Sera,” said 17.8 per cent of those who admitted cheating on their husbands or wives said they did so in
their common home, but 15 per cent ruled this out as a form of “double disloyalty.” Another 45 per cent said that meeting one’s lover at home was in bad taste, and 29.7 per cent opposed the idea on the practical ground that that .doing It at home was not safe enough.
