PA Wellington The Broadcasting Corporation should exercise social responsibility by limiting and reducing gaming advertising, according to the Congregational Union of New Zealand. The church’s standing committee said Lotto advertising was in the same category as liquor and tobacco advertising and must be treated that way. “Questions about the real social effects of Lotto have not been answered.
