The missing table
The following table was omitted from David Hays article on GST adjustments, printed in the business pages yesterday.
It relates to calculating GST on the use of a business car used partly for private purposes:
Private use adjustment for a sole trader Cost of the car $25,000.00 Running costs — concessionary rate, 24% a year $6000 Per two month period $1000.00 GST at one-eleventh . $90.91 Private use — for instance, 30% ........... $27.27
