E’corp stake
Equitlcorp Tasman, Ltd, now has 23.7 per cent of Australian group Monier, Ltd. Its take-over offer of Aust4lsc a share expirers on August 10. Rival bidder CSR, Ltd, said its unsuccessful bld for Monier had closed. Acceptances totalled only 2.1 per cent of Monier’s 156.28 million issued shares.
