Damba sees $2M profit
PA Auckland Damba Holdings, Ltd, forecasts a tax-paid profit of $2 million in the present year, the chairman, Mr Gysbertus Van Dam, told the company’s first annual meeting yesterday. He said Damba planned to double the size of its Auckland factory. Sales of about $9 million are forecast for the present year. An executive director, Mr Cornelius van Dam, said the company recently won a contract to supply an Australian customer a container load of furniture parts every three weeks.
