The operation is strategically located in the centre of a large catchment area for deer and is geared to handle the expected large number of stags for slaughter over the next decade. Reporting to the Board of Directors the appointee will be responsible for the performance of the company in all areas of its operations. Whilst the efficient management of the processing facilities is of key significance, the co-ordination of the field activities, people motivation, administration and planning are important functions of the position. Key attributes sought in the appointee include: • Production managemeht experience from within the meat industry. • Proven ability to motivate and manage people. • The energy and initiative to be effective in a highly autonomous environment.
