$100M facility
L. D. Nathan and Co, Ltd, has mandated the Barclays Group to arrange a SUSIOO million revolving note issuance facility, according to a Barclays spokesman. The facility would last five years, with SUS4O million of the amount to be available to the issuer on an underwritten basis, he said. The facility would be arranged by Barclays New Zealand, Ltd, and Barclays Bank of Hong Kong. Pepsi-Cola Pepsi-Cola Bottlers New Zealand, Ltd, will commission a $l2 million bottling line at Wiri in August. The plant will produce 15,000 litres of soft drink an hour. In early spring the range offered will include Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Seven-Up, Mirinda Oranga, Mirinda Lemon, and the Canada Dry range. Commodore Int. Commodore International, Ltd, has announced the completion of a $6O million private debt placement with The Prudential Insurance Cornparty of America. The placement is composed of $2O million senior notes and $4O million subordinated notes with warrants for 2,250,000 capital shares exercisable at a premium above the current market price.
