Cyclists target in campaign

Cyclists .who ride their machines on footpaths or who ride on the streets at night without fitted lights will be the target of a Christchurch Ministry of Transport campaign beginning tomorrow. The cycle lighting and behaviour campaign will be launched in response to , a similar , campaign
