Pacer into Kerridge
PA Wellington Pacer Pacific Corp, Ltd, has brought a St per cent shareholding in the entertainment company, Kerridge Odeen Corp, Ltd, from the . Britishbased Rank Organisation. Pacer’s chairman, Mr David Phillips, said last evening the purchase, for an undisclosed sum, was his company’s most significant move since floating four years ago as National Bloodstock, Ltd.
